This past December, Mel the Clothing and BostonMan Magazine joined forces to host another iconic event. This time, the "Candyland Show" was held at the new Sugar Factory in Faneuil Hall Marketplace to honor the grand opening of the Sugar Factory and the recent release of the Wonka movie.
Our fashion show featured custom-designed outfits inspired by Wonka and the Sugar Factory. Some designs included iconic one-of-a-kind sequin blazers showcasing the true sparkle of the Sugar Factory. While another model revealed a show-stopping, dazzling, red sequin dress featuring unique candy heart designs. Lastly, with their love for Willy Wonka, Mel the Clothing created an extravagant sequin outfit that brought the character's magic to life.
We are thrilled to share that a portion of the proceeds from the show was donated to the Boston Children's Hospital in support of their virtual toy drive. We love using our sparkle to make a difference!
